London is one of the world's most exciting cities for photographers, where centuries of history blend seamlessly with bold contemporary architecture, vibrant neighborhoods, and iconic landmarks. From the grandeur of Tower Bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, and Westminster Abbey to the colorful streets of Notting Hill, the energy of Covent Garden, and the hidden alleys known only to locals, London offers endless photographic opportunities around every corner. During this five-day workshop, you'll photograph the city during the most beautiful light of the day—from sunrise and golden hour to the magic of blue hour, while discovering both world-famous landmarks and lesser-known locations that many visitors never experience.
This workshop combines hands-on photography in the field with personalized instruction designed to help photographers of all skill levels improve their craft. Throughout the week, Randy Van Duinen and London photographer Karen Bengall will share their favorite locations, techniques, and creative approaches while helping you strengthen your composition, camera skills, and post-processing workflow. Our small-group format ensures you'll receive plenty of individual attention while enjoying one of the world's greatest travel destinations alongside fellow photography enthusiasts.
We'll divide our time between photographing London's remarkable architecture, historic streets, colorful neighborhoods, and vibrant city life while also reviewing images, discussing techniques, and helping you create your strongest portfolio from the trip.
(Workshop limited to just 12 participants.)
