Randy Van Duinen is an award-winning architectural and fine art photographer, educator, and workshop instructor with more than 30 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has photographed architecture and interiors for architects, interior designers, builders, corporations, and leading design firms, developing a distinctive approach that combines technical precision with a strong artistic vision.

Randy’s photography has earned recognition throughout the professional photographic community. His honors include a Silver Medal at the World Photographic Cup, Diamond Photographer of the Year from Professional Photographers of America, and numerous Photographer and Artist of the Year awards. He holds both the Master Photographer and Master Artist degrees from Professional Photographers of America and has earned the prestigious American Society of Photographers Fellowship. His fine art photography has also been exhibited and collected, including work in the Grand Rapids Art Museum's permanent collection.

As an educator, Randy has taught photographers across the country, sharing the techniques and real-world experience developed throughout his commercial career. His instruction goes beyond camera settings and equipment, focusing on composition, lighting, post-production, creative vision, and the business behind professional photography. Whether working in a classroom or on location, Randy believes in teaching not only how an image is created, but why each decision matters.

From architecture and historic interiors to landscapes, cities, and light painting, his workshops are designed around exceptional locations, the best available light, hands-on instruction, and giving photographers the time and guidance to create stronger, more thoughtful images.
